Be Younger Longer
There are currently several explanations of the ageing process.
- The first says that ageing is an irreversible and inevitable accumulation of cellular damage.
- The second relies on some unstoppable biological clock which resides exclusively in cells.
- The third holds that cell growth, ageing and death are not solely the results of the above, but are hormonally mediated phenomena resulting from the interaction of cells with chemical substances in the extracellular matrix.
All of these are valid to a degree but miss the point that cells can live and reproduce indefinitely given the proper environment. |

Thirty years ago I was studying longevity using a different perspective when I realised that cells are not simply static on/off groups of chemicals, but are also osciillators with coherent frequency properties.
As such they produce a consistent patterning of material, and this can account for growth patterning as well as degeneration and ageing.
To test this hypothesis I developed a regime, a way of living, by which I hoped to slow down the ageing process. I realised that I would still age, but I set out to prove that it is possible to stay youthful well into old age. |
I am now 69 and (despite sustaining a serious spinal injury) look 59; and all my family, who have shared this experiment with me, look at least 10 years younger than their chronological age.
I can say with confidence that if you follow my system, in quite a short space of time you too will look years younger! And the wonderful thing is, the effect is permanent. You age more slowly!
I have built my methods into a three-stage program, and I hope to enrich your life by sharing my knowledge with you, to help you look and feel younger longer.
