The Story of The DiscoveryI am an author and in the course of my work I do a huge amount of research. 30 years ago I was researching the story of Noah's Ark when I made the connection with a prior telling of this same tale in the epic of Gilgamesh. The epic is of Sumerian origin and much older than the Bible and so I came to be submerged in Sumerian studies for many years. There is a document in Sumerian literature, preserved on cylinder seals, buried for thousands of years in an ancient ziggurat, called the King list. The King list details the reigns of a succession of Sumerian kings with impossibly long lives. The King list also records events which took place in the heavens, that is planetary transits, eclipses, the precession of the equinoxes, etc. The King list with its amazing longevities has always been thought to be imaginative fiction because it ‘couldn't be true’ according to our modern understanding of lifelines. However there is proof of a sort in a much later document known as Ptolemy's canon. Ptolemy was a Greek astronomer living in Alexandria during the second century AD. He was one of the leading astronomers of the ancient world and he published a detailed account of the movement of the heavenly bodies over a long period. The planets, stars and constellations are like a vast calendar/clock and given adequate data, it is possible to wind this back or forward in time. To do so requires a sophisticated computer and program but it is quite feasible. Using the planetary data provided by Ptolemy, and winding this back to linkup with the data in the King list, it is possible to show that the astral data in the King list is accurate. Does that mean that the data on longevity of their Kings is true? Not conclusively, but it is a good indicator and has an eerie similarity with the tale of Methuselah in the Old Testament. I am an erstwhile Fellow of the Linnaean Society of London in Piccadilly ( this is the world's oldest scientific society, where Darwin gave his paper or on the Origin of Species), and this gave me access to some of the world's leading botanists, biologists, entomologist and other life scientists. During one of these conversations with Professor David Cutler, then at Kew, and David Brown, an author, we were discussing the possibility of cells living indefinitely. David (Cutler) who is more the plant man, was of the opinion that given the right conditions plants’ seeds could live for very long periods indeed but not forever; and David Brown who is an expert on pigs (horizontal humans medically speaking), thought that animal cells in vivo could probably live indefinitely. At one point David Brown made an off-the-cuff remark to the effect that the pattern of life in each species is virtually immortal but subject to evolutionary forces; this set me to thinking of life as made up of a succession of patterns in matter. Patterns or living shapes don't just exist by themselves; they have to exist in the ether ready to take form when life emerges. These primordial patterns are typified by Chladni shapes formed in dust scattered on metal plates which organises into various organic patterns when subjected to an harmonic. They are essentially cross-sections of standing waves in the ether, and form the basic matrices on which all life on Earth is built. In 1985 John Evans of Cambridge first published his thesis on the effect of extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields and their effects on living systems in his groundbreaking and brilliant book “Mind Body and Electromagnetism”. In this work he demonstrates the feasibility of vertebral structures forming around low frequency electrical fields emanating from the notochord and spine. This view has general support from the latest bioelectromagnetic research and from computer simulations of field geometry. It is also consistent with basic cellular studies in developmental embryology. So I reasoned that the life force flows through millions of patterns in varying strengths to form the vast variety of life on Earth. This idea took root with me and some months later I was discussing it with Dimitar Dimitrov in the Society's library, where he then worked. It is worth a mention that Dimitar, who is now a minister in the Bulgarian government, was in those days a leading light in the Golden Horde, a Bulgarian historical society to which I have the honour to belong. As a social scientist he has done sterling work in tracing the source of the Biblical Eden, and by tracing the slow distribution of apple cultivation, has been able to prove its location. (Apples are not usually cultivated from seed and therefore provide very good indicators of the spread of populations.) Anyway listening to my pattern theory Dimitar picked up a book he had put aside for me, which he felt would have some bearing on my work. The book, written by another Linnaean Fellow Miss Jean Edmiston, was entitled “Inductance in Man” and deals with the emotional effects of electromagnetic fields and tide generating forces on man. This fascinating work, plus several conversations I later enjoyed with Miss Edmiston, led me to the conclusion that it is the degree to which the human antenna is able to pick up and respond to the patterning signal which mediates its longevity (and vigour). I then set about discovering both the source of the patterning signal and, in partnership with my wife, how to increase and maintain the bodies’ receptivity. My wife and I are both members of the Scientific and Medical Network and it is through this connection that I came across a book entitled “Stone Age Soundtracks” written by Paul Devereux as a companion to the Channel 4 TV programme ‘Secrets of the Dead: Sounds from the Stone Age’. (Paul's American wife is secretary to the network). This book confirms that many, if not all, stone age monuments have acoustic properties which often rely or terrestrial harmonies created by lunar or solar tidal influences for their activity. Or to put it another way, they often act as Helmholtz resonators drawing power/energy from the environment. Created by a different civilisation from ours an earlier, not necessarily primitive one, these structures which include Wayland Smithy, Stonehenge and New Grange in Eire, had a clear purpose to play in this society or else they wouldn't have expended so much energy in building them. (That is the whole of their society was involved for many years), and looking into the very low frequency sounds that these structures can generate I realised that our forebears had a profound understanding of the use of harmonics (that is the patterning frequencies which form and maintain structures in matter). With the realisation that almost all other mammals live usually seven times their natural growth period, I reasoned that something must have happened to mankind as a species to make us lose this once-shared natural longevity. (Otherwise we should naturally live to around 140 years of age). After considerable discussion and a lot more research, I discovered the key, the main factor by which humankind differs from every other animal (but two). This factor came into play probably during the Gunz ice age and has condemned us to shorter lives ever since. This discovery resulted in the adoption of a lifestyle which has subsequently helped all of my family to be very healthy and to retain a youthful appearance and vigour well into our later years. I hope to teach the system to as many people as possible who wish to live longer, more youthful lives and avoid early death. Accordingly I’ve setup the Youthbloom programme as a series of three one-to-one tutorials, each of which is accompanied by a book written specifically in support of that stage. This gives you something to rely on during the period after the course, when you are adapting your life to this new approach. The programme is easy to follow. A child can do it once it is clearly explained and it requires no great knowledge, just a simple shift in how you view life and how you live. I shall be pleased to talk to you about this if you would like yet more information. | ||||||||||
